The price of $4,175.00 US as quoted is guaranteed for Spiral Journeys September 2018 Autumn in Hidden Ireland land journey.

Autumn in Hidden Ireland journey includes full accommodations based on double occupancy; pick-up and return to Shannon Airport, all internal land travel by private coach, 6 dinners, personal guides, most park/museum entrance fees as noted in the itinerary; the full attention and services of Spiral Journeys Director, Ann Quinlan, luggage handling (one suitcase per person please) by our driver along with staff at Martinstown House and Delphi Lodge.  Gratuities are at the discretion of each traveler and are not expected by Spiral Journeys Director, Ann Quinlan.

Roundtrip Airfare to and from Shannon Airport, Ireland; air travel transfer charges, cost of passports and visas; personal expenses; additional room service; laundry; airport, port and departure taxes and fees as listed on invoices for items purchased by you or any travel insurance*** protection.

(Note***Purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself and your investment in the event you have to cancel or interrupt your vacation is strongly recommended.) 

All payments are accepted in US Dollars only. Along with your completed registration, available to print off (click on "Register" in the navagation bar) or mailed directly to you, we require a 50% deposit of $2,088 US dollars per person by February 20th, 2018.

Payment must be made by bank draft or personal check payable to Spiral Journeys, LLC. Your registration name and information must concur with your current Passport or Travel Visa.
(NOTE: Spiral Journeys is not accepting credit cards at this time) Full balance is due by April 20th, 2018

As a small group land journey company, we want to be as fair as possible to our travelers while meeting our obligation to both Spiral Journeys and to our established Irish land vendors and partnerships. Our cancellation policy dates, as outlined here, are non-negotiable. In the event you need to cancel Spiral Journeys Autumn in Hidden Ireland land journey our refund policy is as follows:
Prior to March 20th, 2018 you will receive a refund of your $2,088-dollar deposit, minus $200 US dollars for administrative costs. Prior to May 1, 2018 - you will receive a refund of 50% of the total tour cost minus $300 for administrative costs. Please insure your trip!


Travel Documents: A current, valid passport is required for all those entering The Republic of Ireland. If you are not a US citizen, please contact your local consulate or embassy regarding any possible visa requirements.

Health and Medical Issues: Spiral Journeys welcomes all travelers with the understanding that they be in good health and capable of full participation, while allowing for rest and relaxation times, as needed. Our journeys may involve walking - sometimes uphill or on uneven cobblestones or country lanes. While we are delighted to be there for you at all times, it is important that you can manage getting on and off the coach by yourself. In the event, you require assistance, please ask Ann and she will make sure you are cared for, within reason, as needed.

Smoking: As of March 29th, 2004, smoking is banned in all public places in The Republic of Ireland. Spiral Journeys has a No Smoking policy on all tour coaches and within our private land accommodations. We will arrange for rest stops along the way for both toilet and smoking.

Air Transport: Spiral Journeys is a land tour company only and does not include air travel. Please contact Ann Quinlan directly for suggestions re best possible flight rates/arrangements. Aer Lingus is Ann’s preferred airline into Ireland. In order to coordinate your arrival as part of the group you must plan on leaving the US on September 16th in order to arrive at Shannon Airport on the incoming Trans-Atlantic morning flight on September 17th, 2018 where you will be greeted and assisted by Ann Quinlan and our coach driver. Spiral Journeys will return you to Shannon Airport in plenty of time for your departure on the morning of September 27th, 2018.

Changes: While Spiral Journeys makes every effort to operate and complete our itinerary, as planned, we reserve the right to make any changes necessary in order that we maintain continuity, safety and enjoyment for our travelers.

In the event you are arriving at a location, other than Shannon Airport, on September 17th please let us know and we will provide you with optional transport (at your own expense) and directions to our September 17th first destination, Martinstown House, County Kildare.
